Choosing the Right Product

Which machine fits my site?

By area — up to 100 m²: WSE-G01 manual water-fed brush; 100–500 m²: single-head WSE-G02; 500–6,000 m²: double-head WSE-G03 or roller WSE-G04; large, high or hard-to-reach rooftops: crawler robots WSE-R01A / R01B; large ground-mounted centralized plants: WSE-R20 hanging robot with the R20A shuttle.

Single-head, double-head or roller?

Single-head (WSE-G02, 32 cm) is best for stubborn dirt, bird droppings and thick dust on smaller sites. Double-head (WSE-G03) widens the sweep to 70 cm with two balanced heads for a steadier, faster clean. The roller (WSE-G04, 60 cm) is the fastest for routine dust and light soiling, and works dry or wet.

Can I use a robot and brushes together?

Yes — that is the most common setup. The robot covers large open areas; brushes clean edges, odd shapes and rows the robot can’t reach. Robot + brush = full coverage.

Do you have a machine for large ground-mount farms?

Yes. Alongside the WSE-R01A / R01B crawler robots (best for rooftops and mixed sites), the WSE-R20 hanging cleaning robot is built for large, ground-mounted centralized plants — an autonomous system that sweeps long rows on schedule, recharges from its own PV panel and is controlled from a cloud platform or phone app.

What about very small or household systems?

The WSE-G01 water-fed brush (non-powered, 12–36 ft telescopic, with an optional low-power pump) is a light, low-cost tool that needs no electricity.

Cleaning Performance

Wet cleaning or dry cleaning?

The crawler robots (WSE-R01A / R01B) and the roller machine (WSE-G04) clean dry or wet. The rotating brushes (WSE-G02 / G03) and the manual WSE-G01 are water-fed.

How fast is each machine?

The clearest official benchmark: the WSE-R01B double-head robot cleans 1.5–2 MW of PV plant per day, with dual brushes lifting efficiency ~95% over a single brush. For handheld machines, match by site size instead — WSE-G02 for 100–500 m² sites, WSE-G03 / G04 for 500–6,000 m². Actual speed depends on soiling and layout; tell us your site and we’ll estimate honestly.

What can it clean off?

Dust, sand, iron filings, pollen and bird droppings. The harder PBT bristles handle dried, stubborn deposits.

How much water does it use?

The electric brushes and roller use up to 4 L/min at full flow; the crawler robots use at most 1.84 L/min. Actual consumption depends on soiling. For spot-free results, the WSE-A40 RO system supplies purified water.

Can you help with water quality or measuring soiling?

Yes. A WSE-A40 reverse-osmosis (RO) unit purifies river, reservoir, rain or ground water for spot-free cleaning, and the WSE-A60 optical soiling sensor estimates how much dirt is costing you (per IEC 61724-1) so you clean only when it pays.

Power & Battery

Corded or cordless?

Electric brushes and the roller come in mains (AC 100–240 V), lithium (22.2–24 V, cordless) or dual-use versions. The crawler robots run on two 24 V / 26 Ah lithium packs; the WSE-R20 recharges itself from an on-board 70 W PV panel.

How long does a charge last?

Single-head 8–10 h · double-head 5–6 h · roller 4–5 h · crawler robot 6–8 h on two packs.

Are batteries interchangeable across machines?

The handheld machines run on the same 22.2–24 V lithium pack family and the robots on 24 V / 26 Ah packs. Tell us your planned fleet and we’ll confirm which packs and chargers can be shared.

What plug standard do you ship?

Local-standard plugs for your country, and voltage-appropriate versions — just tell us your destination.

Poles, Water & Connections

How long is the pole?

Electric brushes and roller: aluminum 3.5 / 5.5 / 7.5 m, custom lengths available. The manual WSE-G01 runs from 12 to 36 ft (~3.6–11 m) in aluminum alloy or lighter carbon fiber.

What water source can I connect?

A tap or pump feed via the quick connector — the manual brush ships with a 25–33 m hose. Where there’s no pressurized supply, add the backpack tank with 12 V pump or the 24 V booster pump (6 L/min, 4.1 bar).

Can I use my own pump?

Usually yes — send us its pressure, flow rate and hose diameter and we’ll confirm compatibility before you order.

Safety

Is it safe to clean near live panels?

Yes. The wireless remote switches water and power at a distance, so the operator never handles live switching at the panel, and the roller machine is sealed to IP68. The brushes are designed for use on energized arrays.

Will the robot fall off the array?

No — omni-directional edge sensors stop it at panel edges and gaps (it crosses spans up to 20 cm), a red warning light comes on, and you simply drive it back the other way with the remote. No need to climb up.

Do you offer OEM / private label?

Yes — OEM/ODM including private branding, custom pole length, power version and brush material for distributors and importers.

Can you tailor a machine to our conditions?

Yes. Share your module tilt, layout, voltage, plug type and water source, and we’ll spec the right configuration.

Warranty & Service

What is the warranty?

Machines carry a standard warranty with shorter terms on wear parts (brushes, batteries, tracks). Exact terms per model are confirmed in your quotation, so there are no surprises at claim time.

What’s the expected lifespan?

The pure copper brushless motors are rated for a theoretical 20,000+ hours. Machine-level lifespan depends on duty cycle and maintenance — ask us for expectations on your configuration.

How do I get spare parts?

Brushes, batteries, chargers and hoses are all available — contact us with your model.
